Erin K. McCabe

Erin McCabe graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1990. She graduated from New York Law School in 1994. Erin is President emeritus of the Injured Workers Bar Association.  She has over 25 years of experience in the fields of Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability as well as 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund claims. She is an accredited Veterans Attorney.  She has lectured to community groups, unions and professional organizations in her field of expertise.  She is a member of the LI Federation of Labor Health and Safety Committee and the LI Workers Memorial Committee. She is also a director of the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory Fire Memorial.
