Peter Tufo, a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (1990) and St. Johns University School of Law (1999), formerly represented federal employees with workers’ compensation and disability retirement claims.  He joined the firm in 2004 and currently practices in the firm’s Social Security Disability, workers’ compensation and personal injury departments. Mr. Tufo is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Suffolk County Bar Association and National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives.
