Our attorneys have given hundreds of lectures and presentations to bar associations, unions, and community groups about workers’ compensation, personal injury, and Social Security disability issues. We’ve provided continuing legal education to newly admitted lawyers about workers’ compensation basics, to personal injury lawyers about the complicated interplay between personal injury settlements and workers’ compensation liens, and to other workers’ compensation lawyers about complex issues in workers’ compensation practice. We don’t just practice law – we teach it to other lawyers.
We also provide education to unions and community groups about injury and disability issues. As the system becomes more complicated and less worker-friendly, it is more important than ever for workers to understand their rights and the way the system works before an accident happens.
Here are links to some of the certificates and letters of appreciation we’ve received over the years.
